What are your operating hours?

Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Colombia time, GMT-5). The patient coordinator responds during these business hours. We are closed on Sundays.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

The initial reservation deposit is non-refundable. Surgery dates can be rescheduled with advance notice, with specific conditions determined case by case. Contact the patient coordinator as early as possible if you need to change your date.
